Each decision made concerning the manufacturing and delivery of parts has a direct impact on cost. We are continuously working with customers to optimize the costs and economics of global manufacturing. We will design a production and delivery program that addresses your cost savings and management requirements.
Production Cost
Our production costs vary based on the material availability, part complexity and the number of machining process involved.
Most of the parts we produce utilize the exact AISI or USTM grade material, and we use the equivalent (with customer approval) when the grade not available.
Transportation Cost
While larger production runs entail higher initial inventory levels, savings associated with aggregate shipping often offsets this cost. Depending on the parts, shipping costs can range from 2%10% for most items. Most of our shipment are by air-freight, with a typical delivery lead time of 3 working days. In some cases, for heavier shipment, we use the ocean freight ,upon customer advice. |
